Message I just emailed you my docs I used with State Farm after my car was stolen. Don't just roll over.
Their insurance adjuster is trying to talk you down and get you to take his crap offer. His stupid opinion about Camrys doesn't matter, what matters is facts.
As with any bureaucratic/corporate process, you have to make yourself a PAIN IN THE ASS and a WASTE OF TIME. If it starts costing too them too much money/man hours to have to deal with you, you are in a much better position. Wear them down. Do your research, be on your sh!t, and state your case over and over.
From Geico (other driver's insurance), I got $8600 for my 66 911 which I paid $2200 for.
From State Farm (my insurance, after Z was stolen), I got full replacement value for all parts stolen or damaged.
Blue Book Suggested Used Retail (which is what you should be compensated) for your NA Z with 96,000 miles (KBB average) in NYC is $6,475. This does not include custom paint, body panels, upgrades, etc etc for which you should be compensated some, if not full replacement cost.

Hey you! Nice car.

"I know; I keep telling myself... I shouldn't boost her all of the time. So I'll just drive normally . . . but then slowly slide my foot down, and instantly feel better about everything in the world. Boost is more addicting than I thought it would be. " - AbsoluteZ (OH)

"Still they make fun toys and isn't that really all a sports car is in the end? :) Don't get me wrong I'm 26 years old and still like toys....just expensive ones that could kill me." - lazer(AK)
